That makes you wish you had the 9.5% corn in a bin to blend out with the 20% stuff, doesn't it.


Well, actually I do have a bin full of 13-14% corn. Was going to blend as we sold it, but maybe I need to be mixing it now ? Thoughts ?


I'd say that it depends on your drying/handling/storage setup. If you have stirator bins I'd be inclined to mix it now. If you have a setup where you can load trucks out of two bins at once and plan to move it before spring I'd probably just dry the wetter stuff to 16.5-17% and cool it to blend later.
