Northern Nebraska | It's nothing new. Every few Generations there is a harkening back to the old days. Be that graham flour in the 1880s or the Kellogg's wellness empire shortly after, to the lentil and tofu hippies of the 60 and 70s and crunchy moms crowd of today.
Some of those things were revolutionary some were just fads. It will be hard to predict what will stick around this time.

Oh I forgot about fruitlands. Look that one up. A hippie commune over a century before hippies. They wanted to go back to the land as well. It didn't end well.
