I did not say to act as if the sky is falling, saying run the numbers both ways and cover your bets either way, yes maybe I should stick my neck out more, but cautious has worked fine for me and looking at 60 in 1/2 a year I am to the point that we are comfortable by doing what we did to get here and see no reason that it won't continue to work for us as well as others.
