Top middle of MO. land of green hills and grass
Well. What’s “a few hundred”?

200? 700?

Makes the calculation a little bit different.

Not a ton of acres here but started with a pull type that we pulled with our hay baler tractor and had booms that covered 3 planter passes.

Fast forward, was looking for something to not have to swap monitors and wanted something that could run over tall beans for fungicide passes.

One thing to consider. Buying a sprayer is but just a part of it. When started, was just filling a load at a time with a garden hose. Took a long time to fill and get back rolling. Eventually added a 500 gallon tank trailer and a water pump, then a car trailer with a cone mix tank and now just to have someplace to keep my supplies inside have a little enclosed trailer set up with a water tank and mix tanks. The mixing system has had as much impact on efficiency and simplicity of spraying as the machine I drive. Second would be my $2500 investment in a Ez guide/steer/boom combo that I pieced together by watching marketplace and Auctiontime.
