Subject: Vertical tillage

I was just curious if you could work in poultry litter with a vertical tillage? I have a chisel plow currently that I use to work in poultry litter but I was looking into getting a vertical tillage. My thinking is I could to run the vertical tillage across the corn stalks to break up the stalk before we ripped it and then could work in the manure on the bean ground with it to get more bang for your buck out of my tillage equipment. I just wasn’t sure if a vertical tillage would incorporate the litter deep enough like the chisel plow does to get the most nutrients out the litter
