As you formulate your plan mention eventually how many culls you have.   Might be able to make 1.40 work on preg broken mouths, but it takes a real good kill cow to net that today.   Could easy be south of 1.30 and dropping each week.  2025 last calf heifer program is planned again.  Sourcing candidates takes work.
