Amherst WI		When I talked to our state leadership of the beef checkoff they mentioned they were targeting body builder people who want more protein.

I suggested going the keto/carnivore route since it seems more popular.

You know how many body builders I know? 0

You know how many low carb/carnivore people I know? At least 6

I didn’t feel like I got very far but at least she listened to my concerns.
