NC Iowa | If you are tiling as much as it sounds, I can't imagine why notill wouldn't work for you. I'm only a mile from mn and I would never go back to tilled beans, white mold took 10-20 bushels off many fields that weren't notilled this year. We have 90% of our ground tiled well, beans were close to farm best and corn is probably top 3 as well.
Striptill beans is a good transition, I've never heard anyone say striptill was good enough for corn and not beans. | |
