I am in NC Iowa. Its just hard dry chunks coming up from our chisel plow. Pulls hard. I don't see a point in waiting for a rain to soften it up....it has not rained in probably 7-8 weeks here and the 10 day is solid sunshine and 0% chance of rain. Its really scary - we went from regular 1" rains every 3-4 days in May-June-July to it just shutting off.
