Takes a yr. or so to get a Severance of surplus dwelling completed here. Bought land next door and they wanted to "keep" their homes. Lawyers did municiplal check to make sure it could happen ....I got title, deed and they paid home tax, severance/survey fees and nobody complained.
Takes trust and a lawyer who writes a enforceable sell/purchase agreement.
Only issue I could see for you is if tenant didn't want to move..hopefully everybody just plays nice | |
