Hooker Twp,Ne | I wish you luck with the tenants purchase of the home. However if it were mine I would have thought twice. Reason is the current tenant now owner my be a nice guy BUT next year if he decides to sell and who knows whom may buy it and next thing you have parties, drugs, junk vehicles,etc next to or intruding onto your property. Now that BUT turned into a big pain in the behind. Seen it happen more than once | |
