Ft. Ripley MN | I would definitely agree with you on them having the ability to flex. I’ve had them freeze down in the winter and still pluck them out. When there is a lot of snow that freezes… they are staying put until spring. It’s nice in the calving lot to make a laneway up towards the barn. They probably are strong enough to pick up on the sucker rod but I always go under the well pipe lol I just use the small tines on the bale spear.
It’s a good feeling knowing once the cows are contained with the panels they aren’t going anywhere!!
I think they told me a semi load was 30 panels and I had 20 on the gooseneck.. you can definitely tell they are heavy. If you ever have a chance to check out Welles yard… in 2020 just his shop and yard was impressive… the inventory he had was something else. Both him and D&S were young guys and you could tell even with their employees they cared about having a quality product. | |
