East Central Arkansas | I did some grid sampling on our farm for several years. My grid areas were square blocks from 2 to 4 acres. I would have quiet a few areas samples wouldn't call for any P or K for the next crop so we would turn off the spreader in those areas. This allowed me to put higher rates out on the areas that called for P or K. Would normally make two passes with buggy. One pass with K and the other with P. You would think this pattern might would show up in the growing crop but never saw it. | |
