NE Iowa		No, money right at the onset is f a disaster doesn’t do a whole lot for a whole lot. What it does do though is it shows where you stand with those giving the money. If and illegal gets $2500, a free cell phone, food stamps, and a free place to live and a citizen whose house and family are buried in mud get $750…..well that is very telling.
