Yea, I think you guys are right, hire an attorney, and do it right the first time.
Reason an easement won't work-can't spread poo on someone else's land, or that is what county sanitarian said, also don't want any renter in future farming over his leach field lines, just easiest and cleanest to sell them a sliver of land, and keep everyone happy and legal. Thanks you all. Bruce.
