Apply that to a mountainous area with everything running downhill... the pictures of the devastation are indescribable to me
And then you see comments on vids online that "those people shouldn't have built in a flood plain"..... No clue that a mountain river or creek really has no flood plain, it's more vertical than horizontal. People are just ............ |
