We usually have a lawyer’s office handle the entire transaction on small RE deals. PSA, escrow, closing, recording at the courthouse, all under one roof keeps it simple.
The other option would be to have a title company handle it, since it’s what they do every day. You just come up with your own PSA, which is essentially just instructions to whoever handles the closing. They do the rest.
