Yes, it's pretty simple if you can do relatively basic plumbing.

We heat a 50x50x21'H insulated building with a 140,000BTU Takagi on-demand LP water heater. When I put in our first one that was the only on-demand heater that said it could handle glycol. We don't currently run glycol in any of the in-floor systems but it's nice to have the option if the building's use changed. This is in northern Vermont in a building with 3 large garage doors. that are opened multiple times per day.
