SW OH | I don't think we are going cashless any time soon. In the last 30 years I can't remember a hundred dollar bill being refused. The places I spend money take them eagerly. They usually put them under the cash drawer where there are plenty of hundreds and fifties.
Kings Island is the only place I know of that is cashless. The average age of visitor there is probably around 20. If the younger generation wants to rely on a technology based tender system, so be it. I had a freezer beef customer ask me if I accepted Vemo. I'd never heard of it and told him It sounded like an infectious disease. Cash will be king for the rest of my life.
