Bees like corn pollen at times, as you know they pick up BT toxins,, this may not affect the adult bee bout the larval stage can get frigged, hard chance as well as neonicitinoids last in the soil, sucked up by your wild flowers, in the nectar = dead bee hives,, why mostly banned in several continents
