FWIW, a Picket Line is supposed to stop ALL TRAFFIC except Management going to and from. Whats the point of a picket line if stuff goes in and out as normal?
I know because I was on about 3 picket lines years ago.
Now is a small town picket line going to behave like a METRO picket line? Not even close.
