I've seen it in Australia but don't have any picture. Looked like a simple weldment made from rectangular tube and the Ute's aren't as heavy as the 3/4 tons here.

What we saw more is a pickup header on the combine, towing a ute, towing a fuel/service trailer, towing a draper header. This was an illegal combination in NSW where we were working, but we saw them anyway.
