 Floyd County, Iowa | We had plenty of bees around here until mid summer. Personally I think it has to do with insecticides being sprayed "because it's cheap and we're out there anyway".
Local agronomist advised me to spray for tar spot and throw insecticide into the mix, "because it's cheap". In corn, showing no bugs? I declined, but a lot of neighbors sprayed corn and beans with bug juice. No more bees now. Maybe just a coincidence, but I'm skeptical. | |
