It happened to the phones on our account. Sounds like it was not a network issue, but certain phones being deregistered off the network. Went to emergency only calls, could not make wifi calls either. My sister in law has two phones on a different account than our seven phones and her's worked just fine in the same building. Wasn't a signal issue. Ours were down 9-4 yesterday. Potential hack is what I have heard.
