I heard it was areas of Houston where there was violence toward linemen doing repair work. Seems people there are distinctly unhappy about the electric utility provider to the point of taking it out on unrelated crews that happened to be working on that company’s hardware.
This is what the deal was. Doesn’t excuse the stupidity.
