Thumb of Michigan		Not to be a smart ***, but is on/off switch in right spot?

Next was it stored where moisture could've gotten to flywheel magnets? If so, I'd start there removing rust.

I'm assuming about the flywheel, maybe I'm way off base and someone will correct me (besides my better half).
