S.E. Iowa | I have a terrible time going to sleep at night. It started 10 years ago. At first, I'd take half an ambien and go to sleep. It was just occasional. For a long time just knowing I had a prescription that I could make myself sleep was enough. I have done the teas, melatonin, and several other non prescription methods. Now it is rare not to take ambien. Friday night I went to bed before 10 PM and finally went to the couch at 1233 pm. I get very frustrated trying to sleepand that makes it worse. Often I will go to sleep only to wake up at 3 or 4 to pee then not go back to sleep. I don't take naps very often because I don't want to be rested before bed. Any suggestions? | |
