I always carry a lot of different denominations of cash and I have absolutely no idea what he's talking about. The bank or credit union is a great place to go to get $5's $10's $$20's and $1's. Restaraunt not in business to be anybodys personal atm machine. I can see why it would be very difficult to be a waitress.
