Depends on your dryer situation, but lots of folks around here have an issue with over drying corn thats 17-18 outta the field. If grain temp is up, air temp up, and lower humidity (early fall) most complain that they can’t get corn through fast enough to only take a couple points out.

Here, feed mill limit is 17, but they’d rather it be 16. I think Ethanol plants are similar.

17-18 and on the town side of the dryer, it’s probably heading to town, even if we have some space. If home is before town then might be different, specially with bins and ability to blend.
