Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | I read your post yesterday morning and replied. In the afternoon I harvested some surprisingly good beans and noticed that at the start of each pass, the instant yield started at a high value but then worked down. It would start at maybe 120 BPA and work down to a realistic value. Since these beans were "better" than our first field, that starting number was larger than on the previous field.
The total bushels from the grain cart weight scale and the combine matched exactly on the first field. The onscreen map did not show those starting high values inappropriately so I think it is just a normal situation.
As far as the onscreen map being entirely red, I suggest setting the legend yourself and NOT allowing the automatic legend process to take over. This legend can be changed during harvest and the map will be redrawn with the "new" legend so you can change it any time you are not actually harvesting.
