Subject: Gleaner 9300 (9340) draper belts

Northeast Iowa
Ongoing problem with trash getting built up between the drapers.
The worst parts are near the middle of the head.

There is a small cavity between the inside roller and a support bar, that can get packed tight. When debris builds up there, the draper splice bumps into the frame of the draper. This of course causes the draper belt to rip.

We can manage about 100 acres of soybeans before it needs cleaned. And cleaning means separating the draper and pulling it apart, pulling the debris away by hand then air, and putting the draper back together.

Is there something we are doing wrong or can improve upon to maybe make it several days or not have this issue at all?

Will check in with dealer again tomorrow, they mentioned a fix but not available.
