| My issues with beer etc goes back a ways yet. 25 years ago drinking ONE beer made me scratch right out of my hide. Hives all over with icthiest rash on top of those.
So miserable said no more. Exagerated hangovers from 3 beers.
So last year was at dermotologist and he biopseid a couple similar that came and went. Surprised as all heck when derm doc calls and says your gluten intolerate.
Went on gluten free diet and found I tolerate SOME gluten if I dont overload on it.
I miss pasta dishes and sandwiches for quick meals. Seems like modern processed bread is a major trigger
I do see they now have gluten free beer, makes me wonder how that tastes compared to beer of old. | |
