I think their food quality did not go down. But we liked it when they would just stop by and would like to look through the book and pay cash for what we got. Then they would only take a credit card and then they would want you to order online before. But the drivers knew to just stop by anyway. Also they got rid of the book but the drivers would keep the old ones for us to look at.
