You have a lot of issues as i see it all small making a bigger problem. Upgrading the house will help some. Maybe you should just use 1” poly pipe as a main feed for your sprinklers. Its cheap and easy to work with other than the natural curl of it but it could be staked down. Run short hoses off that to feed sprinklers.
