Dayton, IA | Have had a Haybuster with straw cannon. Now have Fair. For bedding with cornstalks the Fair is faster and works a lot better if the bales aren't perfectly dry. I only grind hay if I need a bale or two to stretch before the hay grinder can get here. If you are going for hay sizing, I think the Haybuster will probably do a better job, but for bedding the Fair has a straight shot from the auger to blower and you can adjust the bottom in and out to work through junky bales better.
I did buy a short 90 degree blower extension for the Haybuster that worked great as a bunk blower, so if you go that route, its worth getting if you need a bunk blower also.
