Instead of just trying stuff, consider the factors limiting phosphorus uptake.
The rhizosphere contains enzymes to break down mineralized P. Some species of fungi also assist this process.
If something in the soil is inhibiting this process, some understanding of what is wrong will be the gateway to the solution.
