coast of Maine | I will interject my opinion .The screws should be a tad larger in those holes but your seep is coming from water surface tension that is going up the lower sheets along the ridge.The screws need to be 2 inches from a non sealed overlap to prevent surface tension or a breeze to blow water up hill a bit.When those two sheets are screwed together there is zero sealant between the sheets.With a minimum slope it is way common to have water run uphill.Next project move place screws further up the ridge if you have a metal to metal lap.This you could put a sealant between the sheets at screw hole,not on top as the washer does that fine.You could slap on some GACO roof coat and it would seal that lap and any worn screw holes.You can order colors.
