It's not quite the same but I had a groin hernia repaired laporoscopically last thursday. 3 small incisions in my stomach and I feel nearly 100% a week later. Just a couple small twinges if I move the wrong way. Super impressed with how smoothly it went and how little pain. I couldn't even hardly feel the incisions. Hopefully the repair holds.
