CNY
My experience, not exactly what you’re asking
For several years part of my corn (all of my corn is after beans) has been fall chiseled then broadcast fert and fit in the spring
The rest has been spring strips with the fert broadcast either before or after the strips are made
Strip till has consistently yielded the same or better
If you want to get into doing strips can do it much cheaper if you’re not trying to do fert
This is all family owned land long term in my control
I could see doing fert in strips being an advantage if you are constantly picking up or losing rented ground
