I've just managed to get hold of the area CNH GPS tech. He has an idea that XFill isn't kicking in because the Pro700/372 only defaults to XFill when the modem loses signal, but not when the modem only loses CMR throughput. So I've got to disconnect the modem to determine if it's a cell signal issue or a CMR throughput issue.
If the problem is a CMR throughput issue then I guess I'm just going to have to live with the issue, or sign up for a better quality VRS service. | |
