Should be designed for cattle grazing, since very few people what to raise sheep. Putting them high enough for cattle to be under them and having cattle grazing would help reduce the risks of fire damage as well.

I have though that in a dry place that solar panels could improve grazing by concentrating the water to a smaller area. For a while this summer the only grass that was growing in my yard was where the water ran off the shed.
