It doesn't matter how he acted. It's how the police act. The police are to protect and serve. When you are a hammer everything looks like a nail. They acted out because he didn't play nice. He was completely within his rights.
The consequences for speeding are a ticket not forceable removal from your vehicle and arrest. The police have the burden to calm things in every situation not the public.
