North Central Illinois
You'll definitely need poured concrete footings. My engineer brother insisted that I pour a 6" thick pad with rebar for my 9' diameter 800 bushel bin and advised 12" thick under each of the 4 legs.

As for whether it is worth it to move, that depends on your cost. If you can get a few buddies and a set of bin jacks and break it down in a long day it shouldn't be too bad. I'm not sure if it'd be feasible to move that far in one piece as 16' plus trailer height is gonna be an issue with power lines bridges.
