Northwest IOWA
A 2800 bu hopper bin would be nice to use someday as an overhead load out bin possibly. Can you find someone to haul it to your yard and lay it on the ground or anchor to a tree til you get a pad poured. You will want an 18 inch pad poured on compacted fill . Lay # 5 bar in a 6 - 8 inch grid in the lower 1/3 . Hopper tanks need a much differently engineered pad than a grain bin.
