Wisconsin | 90-10, 80-20, whatever ratio it is, you rarely see cases like this where the cop is acting 100% polite and professional, but those guys aren't in the habit of pulling over youtube lawyers and NFL players day in and day out, they deal with stupid people doing stupid stuff all day, every day, and most of them are defensive because they're hiding stuff. This fine NFL citizen had one simple misunderstanding, that he could accept the ticket and cut off the investigation, maybe he'll cooperate next time he gets pulled over speeding without a license, and maybe not start off with "don't tap my window" over and over. | |
