I did wonder about the 100 when I read it though. That would have been exceedingly fast in a city setting. 60 in a 40 is bad and not acceptable but for a person that is late to an appointment is not unheard of. Not paying enough attention, etc.

The driving without a license though seems odd if he actually does not have a license as opposed to not having it on him. 

Cops have been shot stopping a car and not having the driver keep the window down and both hands on the wheel (where they can see the driver is not going for a gun). I can see where they would be goosy about anyone not wanting to cooperate with that instruction.

I made a mistake and they pointed it out to me. I added to the hyperbole and I should not have.
