After you have washed the radiator and coolers out completely like everyone else said, if you still have the problem it might be time to check the thermostats. There are two of them, my 7140 developed an overheating issue this spring and the culprit was one bad thermostat. The working one must have let enough water through at low loads. But make sure you have cleaned out the radiator before you start tearing into the thermostats.
