Yes we should focus on treating our criminals better******
Someone in cuffs in police custody is not necessarily a criminal, at least I think it's still innocent until proven guilty. I can find you some videos of innocent people getting the beat down from cops. When an officer puts a person in cuffs and makes them basically defenseless they take responsibility for that person's well being. One video I remember shows a black man in cuffs being bent over the hood of a car and tazed repeatedly by a white female cop. He had committed the grave crime of changing his tire along the side of the road. The taxpayers that employed the officer are now facing a multi million dollar lawsuit. |
