I tried recording boundaries with an ATV and the lines ended up too wiggly to use for guidance. Rougher fields when recording made it worse.
Now, I pause the recording......drive a ways to mark a point....pause...drive...repeat. Straightish borders I do 4-5 points; curved borders need more points.

Your display doesn't offer a boundary smoothing option? I have used the Ag Leader In Commands as was said above, and they do a nice job smoothing the boundary when creating the guidance lines. I believe that feature is available.

Your display might not, or it might, and you haven't found it yet LOL Something to look for or ask about.

When we get the corn off this year, I'd like to throw a unit on Dad's golf cart and get him to go drive the boundaries so we're not moving them around every year!! Same 2 guys don't plant and work the edges 2 years in a row, too many family helpers LOL
