Those radiators are really hard to clean - swing the hyd cooler and AC coil out and spend 30 min with a air wand and then flush with a garden hose and then repeat ….
I’ll bet you’ll be surprised how much dirt comes out . Also do you have a direct drive fan or therm style fan clutch ?
Buy a radiator genie from shoup if you don’t already have one …
